Anne is a type of individual whose curiosity is beyond you can expect. She never gets tired of exploring what she can do by trying out new opportunities in her chosen career path. She enjoys participating in different IT Communities which helps aspiring developers in the Philippines on their special events. Besides that, she's a go-to-person if you have any clarifications from your work also to your personal life. A good listener is a characteristic of a good leader. She knows when to listen and when to speak during issues and concerns. Keep up the good work!
I had the pleasure of working with Anne during those times I am still at DevCon Philippines. From planning and organizing several tech events from Code Camps, Campus DevCon, hackathons, up to the largest event we conduct every year, which is the DevCon Summit wherein we had around 1800++ IT related students and professionals as attendees. With all those events and programs mentioned, she has been assigned as the lead several times because of her proven capability of leading a team and meeting deadlines despite doing it as a part-time volunteer. I am particularly impressed with her ability to handle even the toughest stakeholders—effortlessly and being able to build and maintain camaraderie whichever team she's included. Anne understood that great leadership requires more than delegation, it's about equipping and inspiring others to do what inspires them. With Anne, I didn't only found a talented co-worker, but also a great friend.
Anne was doing great in CIO - Places project. She is hardworking and dedicated to her work. Doing her best to finish her task and able to implement and deliver the needed requirements on time. She's a good team player. She shares her ideas and knowledge with her teammates. She's always willing to help and quickly responds to my inquiries even if she's busy with her task.
Anne was a very supportive and accommodative teammate. Most, if not all of my queries regarding our project were answered by her. Given a month-long period to be her teammate, Anne was able to show her skills and rapport with the team.
I don't encounter any challenges working with Anne in short time that I was able to work with her. She is a great teammate and very eager to help anyone from the team. She will be a great asset to whichever project she will be belong.
Anne was really a big help to me and the team most especially doing the retro checks and validations related to HR requirements. She's able to provide and create a tracker for our easy monitoring. She's also able to quickly did the migration of all applicable documents to the latest template as required. She not just consolidated the documents but was able to arrange and format it on such a way that we could easily locate and identify each one. Anne also reaches out every time she's available to help and assist, and this is really appreciated. Keep it up Anne!
But our path isn’t always clear. We’re influenced by so many outside voices — family, friends, media and society that we sometimes silence our own inner desires. Booking a dream trip. Going on a yoga retreat. Setting off as a solo traveler for a holiday abroad these can all be put on the back burner, simmering slowly in our souls for another day. She know the reality of this because she was been there and you can read her full story soon. Let her ask you something though: If you don’t set off on the path to making these dreams happen now, then when? Do you really want to be standing at the trailhead years from now wondering “What if?”. THE TROUVAILLE DIARO is a personal blog of Anne where she writes about her life adventures, shares the innovation capability in tech community, takeaways and lifestyle.
